Nexos Invest is a private lender specializing in bridge and construction financing for real estate investors. We are expanding our originations team and seeking a Account Executive to support business development efforts and help grow our loan pipeline.

This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven professional looking to build a career in private lending, real estate finance, and deal origination.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners.
• Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems.
• Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication.
• Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities.
• Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Mortgage or financial services background is a plus.
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach.
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
